Delivery Policy

We always try our best to accommodate delivery requests. Floral or gift orders for same day delivery cannot be guaranteed unless processed before 1:00pm in Phnom Penh's time zone. Deliveries for special occasions will be made at least 2 days in advance to guarantee delivery.

Specific Time:
We can delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within a time frame of a few hours. Please include your requested time frame in the Special Instruction box when ordering. Our normal delivery times are 8am-5pm daily for orders going to a business and 6pm for orders to a residence, hotel, or hospital.

Recipient Only:
Delivery to Recipient Only requests may delay delivery of your order (for example, if Recipient is not present when your order is delivered). If it appears that your order may be time sensitive (birthday, wedding ceremony, funeral, etc.), we will attempt to leave the order with a neighbor, receptionist, guard, etc., as applicable, rather than take a chance on a late delivery, unless you instruct us otherwise.

Incorrect Addresses:
If the recipient address is incorrect and delivery was attempted there is a $6 address correction fee. GoCambodia is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses, if the recipient's address has been verified as correct by the customer. If a such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsible for the entire purchase. We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or other provinces.

Some Location:
Due to security and safety concerns some locations (esp. college buildings, hospital rehab or ICU, some office or residential buildings, etc.) do not permit delivery directly to Recipient. In such cases we will leave your order with receiving desk, security department, co-workers or relatives.

Please note that some high cost or suburban areas or remote areas may have an additional delivery charge. These situations are beyond our control; however, we will always offers you the chance to send flowers or any gift to the recipient.

In very rare circumstances some delivery addresses may be so complicated that it is difficult to find the house. In such cases we will offer you the choice of 1) allowing us to ask the recipient by phone or e-mail to pick the order up at our nearest affiliate location, or 2) changing the recipient and delivery address.

Weather:
GoCambodia is not responsible for delays in delivery of delivered products caused by severe weather conditions and cannot reimburse delivery fees on such orders.

Card Messages:
The messages that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. Make sure that the messages are completely correct for your purposes. We don't change or correct any words of your messages.

Canceling an Order
We are unable to cancel orders for any delivered products that have already been sent out for delivery or have already been delivered. To cancel an order that has not been processed please call +855 23 21 2004 or mail to: sales@gocambodia.com.
